6% MD and 4.5% county tax is not included in any rate quoted and must be paid on arrival along with any balance due.

A One-Third deposit is required to reserve any apartment and may be paid by certified check, cash and/or money order.

Weekly rates are available for Saturday to Saturday rentals.
