6% MD and 4.5% county tax is not included in any rate quoted and must be paid on arrival along with any balance due.

A One-Third deposit is required to reserve any apartment and may be paid by certified check, cash and/or money order.

Balance due upon arrival.

Weekly rates are available for Saturday to Saturday rentals.

Prices are for advance reservations only.

There will be no refund if you cancel your reservation.
